You asked for a photo where I'm smiling, so here it is. Also if you dress like this you can just walk around the Conde Nast building and no one will question who you are or what you're doing.
Give my regards to all my friends at Conde Nast!

Take pictures of the cafeteria-- or does it suck now? Could be thinking of somewhere else.

I'm thinking raise the camera a bit/lower face plane.

Then go break into the Vogue closets!

In fact, dressed like that, you resemble Mr. Conde... or is that Mr. Nast?

My Husband has a story, he at a restaurant in London when some guy who had visiting all the tables walked past him and said "wait, aren't you somebodies' son?"

Being the logical man he is he said "yes."

"Wonderful!" the man said, and sent him a bottle of champagne and comped the meal, never did find out whose son he was have supposed to have been.

You know, the attire is impressive, but I bet it's all due to the idea that you're carrying around "important papers" that seals the concept that you "belong". (Very nice attire by the way)

I find either carrying a clipboard or wearing a hard hat gives me an air of authority and I'm allowed access to many otherwise off-limits areas.

I hope this means you dropped off your New Yorker cartoons -- and that they get published!

I did! I'll know if I get a buy by tomorrow.

No news! Which usually means I find out on Tuesday when I go in to collect (and drop up a few extras.)
