i live 2 doors down from the one 57 obscenity im in canada;just posted on mefi. my neighbors. across the hall and my cousin in soho are ok.

I'd never heard of that building before tonight but it is obscene; $100 Million for an apartment!? You could buy my entire neighborhood for that.

i WAS in town for irene and extell left flyers about the precautions they would be taking then. god knows what would have happened if irene had hit nyc hard.
