One Tree Hill: Dog Eats Dan's New Heart Is this for real? Did this actually air on TV? Was this really an attempt at a "serious" show and not a black comedy?[More:]
I've never heard of One Tree Hill, but the internets say it's a real show and suggest that it is not, in fact, a very dark comedy. What? How? I don't even . . .

Has anyone actually seen this show? Is it really this unintentionally bad?

It's a real show. I got two syllables for you "CW". My sister watches it, and she does believe that was actually for real.

Haaa, I like this summary of the episode.

I think the show exists largely cause they don't think anyone is watching it. Thus, heart-eating.

But I'm still confused! Do they regularly throw in intentionally or unintentionally farcical scenes? Was this a case of poor judgment? Do they regularly throw in WTF scenes like this? If so, and if they're like this one, I may have to start watching . . .

I only sort of vaguely know of CW's existence. It was called WB until a few years ago, right? I see billboards and bus advertisements so we must have an affiliate here but have no idea what's on it. Am I missing something that I should see?

The candy hearts for MetaChat's 'Valentines Design' are KYOOT || So I was part of a big tribute to Gaiman's Sandman Series a few weeks ago (NSFW)
