AskMecha: What sort of meat would be good with Blackcurrant Dijon Mustard? It's the Fallot brand. What's the best choice for this? Roast pork?
Roast pork was definitely my first thought. I think maybe some of the gamier poultries might work, too.

I was going to suggest duck breast, seared skin down to render the fat then finished off in the oven. Make a sauce from the mustard using a little stock.

Duck occurred to me too; fruit and duck are great, but I wasn't sure about mustard and duck. Willing to believe, though.
