Ask MeCha. What is the best online site on which to buy supplements and natural-y health products? Please hope me urgently![More:]

I'm going outta my gourd trying to find what I need in either a) a small town in SE England or b) UK websites that claim to have one of everything but are in fact big fat liars or c) too many choices in the States to decide which site to peruse.

At the risk of revealing TMI, I need: Lactobacillus sporogenes, boric acid suppositories (or even just boric acid and dissolve-able capsules), and 5-HTP tablets (but not capsules because they are tearing my stomach to shreds). Caprylic acid and oregano oil would not go amiss either.

I can order from a site in the States if necessary.

I'd welcome most heartily any advice you may have.
Boric acid, isn't that for killing ants?

My wife and I have had great service and great products at the Vitamin Shoppe. I live in the States so not too sure about shipping cost, but I vouch for products.

Random idea: French pharmacies? Go over on the ferry or train to Lille or Calais, stock up, come home?

Boric acid? At the risk of revealing too much information, what's that for? That's corrosive stuff. It's also toxic. Natural does not necessarily equal good for you.

I can sort of figure out what the other ones are for, and they're not too weird.

Your best bet might be your standard CVS or Rite-Aid store. They carry it and they're not one of those weird-ass GNC stores.
