People like to use the corridor outside my office as a phone booth so I've made a sign I think might stop them.[More:] Will it work?
Excellent sign. I think the efficacy of it will depend on the sensibilities of the people involved, though.

Myself, I'd be tempted to have a wee in the corridor, to create a more authentic phone booth experience for them.

Nice!

@chrismear - listen to this week's This American Life for more wee-related fun.

The sign is great!

But, *sigh* people are often inconsiderate idiots....

No one will pay attention to this - you will be known as the Tiger Person and people will talk about you in the hallways.

Be more direct, although the sign has a great design. If I worked with you, I'd want you to make me a sign for my office also. Something like "cellphone use may attract gunfire and/or a sudden budget-related review of your job description."

NO! If you say anything about gunfire, it could be construed as a threat of violence and get you fired. I've seen this happen more than once!

I really love your tiger threat.

That's exactly the face I make when I can't hear my work phone because someone is standing behind me planning their weekend on their cell. Perfect.

okay, Doohickie's right. Revise to read potato gunfire.

This building houses lots of tiny companies one-per-office who generally don't talk to each other, so there's not an intra-company dynamic to worry about.

Next question - laminate or not?

Definitely laminate!

I would also install a beeping device under the sign that draws attention to the sign's message.

Laminate.

There should be a flashing light.

Or a disclaimer.
(wishes my name was "flashing light")

What is someone *wants* to see a tiger?

Kitty!

In my line of work this would be a welcome sign.

Not exactly tigers but we study mountain lions
