So I looked up to where Mrs. Dove had her baby last spring and waddya know? She's back!

There are two adult doves, Mr. and Mrs., plus there are two itty-bitty baby doves. When I first saw them this afternoon it was just the two babies (top right corner of trellis):

Later, Mrs. Dove was feeding them while Mr. Dove looked on from the other side of the yard. Maybe not easy to tell from this pic, but you can see the top of the head of one of the babies as it chomps down on Momma's beak:

awww, cute! I had doves outside my window in my last apartment. It was so cool to watch the babies grow up.
