I know what I want to be when I grow up! →[More:]I want to be the person in the band who just randomly yells things. Like Flavor Flav (Yeah, boyee!) or Fred Schneider (Deadbeat Club!) or Beasty from SoulCracker (anyone who gets that reference is totes my bff).

So if any of you have a band and you need someone to yell stuff, let me know. I'm available.

On School of Rock last year (yes, I watch everything), there was a lesson about how to be a really effective hype man. I wonder if I can find it on YT or something.

I'd sign up for the smoking section choir for sure (if by 'choir' you mean people that can still shout nonsensical things really loudly despite smoking a ridiculous amount. Or people that can shout and are, y'know, smokin'.)

If you ever need research time to learn how to be a Hypeman for a band, just go to any Medeski, Martin and Wood show near you. Some of their fans are completely loud and insane and you can probably learn some really good catchphrases too.
