I note there's a quadruple vinyl edition, but NO GATEFOLD SLEEVE. Just think about the gorgeous lifesize pictures of Trent they could have put on that.
I wish I could have afforded the $75 version, but alas I am too poor. I did get the $10 one which with shipping to the UK, worked out at $23.50. Now I just have to wait to get home and grab the download. Assuming the phone company has fixed the fault on my line, that is. Gah.
I like how they're allowing a free download of the first part. I don't know NIN or Reznor well enough to want to buy it just on a whim. Nice to be able to give it a test drive as it were.
How wrong you are! Hee! I love NIN (except when they make sucky albums!). What I listen to depends on what I'm doing. If I'm running, I have an iPod shuffle filled with NIN, Anthrax, Fear Factory, Megadeth, Mastodon, Metallica, Oceansize, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, Tool, Faith No More, Kyuss, QOTSA, Soundgarden and so on.
Yeah, their servers are dying a horrible death. Got as far as getting my free download link, which then borks out about 100 KB into the 80 MB file. Later, I think.
Lfr: Oh, I see! Hee! Well, it looks like I won't be too fussed about getting this ASAP, especially as my internets at home are borked and I'm getting online through my iPhone instead. The download link is staring at me longingly, but there's nothing I can do.
I heard mention, but don't know if it's true, that you can also buy it via the Amazon MP3 store. Not sure if you get the PDF, though.
The servers seem to be fine this morning... I waited till today to buy the $10 version and then downloaded the MP3s, and they transferred in about 15 minutes. I'm going to give them a listen over my lunch break.
