Mostly white. Every once in a while, I'll get some whole wheat. Of course, everyone else in the house only eats white, so it's a waste for me to get a loaf of whole wheat just for me.

I usually prefer white bread, but I usually buy the other stuff because I feel like I should be acting grown-up now.

Wheat, but trying to minimize wheat products overall. White would seem insubstantial to me now.

And Crusty Italian with pasta unless it's Sourdough with pasta and Rye with smoked meat and Baguette for Bruschetta and Olive for a change.

A nice brown loaf with extra malt - pure awesomeness when cut thick, toasted and slobbering layer of butter on it. Mmmmmmmmm

Also: why can't this be me? I ran 12 miles this evening and I bet it's done me no benefit whatsoever.

Multi-grain. But only odd numbers of grain: 7-grain, 9-grain, 15-grain. I wouldn't touch 6-grain or 12-grain an 11-foot pole (and I'd never use a 10- or 12-foot pole either).
