What Would It Take To Do Simultaneous Group DJ Sets on Mecharadio? [More:]

I would LOOOOOOVE in this new year to be able to get on the box again, BUT would like to know from the powers that be how difficult it would be to do group DJ sets?

What would it entail mechanically to have our radio thingy be set up for multiple people to share time and do team sets?

Just dreaming as I sit at the iTunes program...

It looks like you could have two people talking on the air at once by using Skype or something like that, but the stream has to come from a single location, which would be where the music had to come from.

So we couldn't have two Winamps open and just watch tracks between the two users? I guess not.

Sigh...

There's also a 10 - 20 second delay in the time the data is sent from your computer to the server and is relayed back to the listener. You can see the time lag by 'casting something in WinAmp, say, and then opening Windows media player and listening to the station. I've noticed with me it's usually about 15 seconds, but has gone a bit longer than that and I'd assume it's different for other users. Naturally that lag would prohibit any decent multi-party 'cast.
