Elvis toast: take two slices of rustic bread (which is a deviation from the King's actual diet, I'm sure. He probably ate Wonderbread), smear each with peanut butter, spread mashed banana over the peanut butter, add several slices of very crisp bacon, drizzle with maple syrup, smash it all together as a sandwich. Whip up a couple eggs in a shallow bowl with a splash of milk (with a little sprinkle of cinnamon or dash of vanilla if desired) and dredge the sandwich in the egg mixture and either fry up in a nice pan of butter or cook in a panini press. Serve with more maple syrup and hot coffee. Mmmm Elvis toast.
