Is Metafilter broken for anyone else? I just got the link to nickyskye's post to work (thanks Seanyboy for fixing the portal!) but now nothing does (clicking through the links here, or *.metafilter.com. And hasn't been working all day for me.

weird.... I've intermittently been able to bring up a single page (from the links here on MeCha) and have typically been unable to access the rest of the site from there - and sometimes nothing works at all. Maybe it's an Atlantic thing.

I just found that whenever I want to post a comment, I have to log in again. And logging in just puts me back where I started.

Works for me. Well, it seems quite dysfunctional to me, but that means it's working as per usual.
