If that ant were bothering me, I would have little compunction about stomping it, but seeing it suffer like this is hard to take.

My mom tivo'ed Planet Earth and I can watch bits of it at a time. It seems like it's all about eat and be eaten. (I love the sailfish segment.)

Wierd--yesterday, we noticed that 20 or so bees had grabbed onto a piece of string in our garden with their mandibles, just like the ant in this film. Other bees were hovering around, but these 20 or so were all sort of writhing around. Wonder if they had their own infection?
