The only time bleach should be ingested is when a few drops are added to water for purification.

Wha? I've never heard of this. Sounds icky and possibly dangerous, but I wonder what it will purify the water of. Could I, say, use it to purify a bucket of water from a lake or stream? And how much to use? Oh, never mind. Here. Cool, good to know.

I heard that putting bleach in your coffee could cure a hangover. Of course I heard that from a fucking moron.

FYI boiling isn't necessary. 15 minutes at 160 degrees is all that is required. Which is why you can pasteurize water with many simple solar heaters and processes.

I read something on Overheard in the Office that was exactly like this - two people talking about how to beat a drug test in order to become a cop. It was a while ago and I can't find it now. :(
