It's by a guy called Adam Buxton who is a cult-ish UK comic. He is most famous for the Adam And Joe Show that ran on Channel 4 a few years ago. The pair now do a radio show on XFM which is available as a podcast

Thanks, TheDonF. A quick search for "Adam & Joe Show" on YouTube reveals a few clips including this beautiful re-telling of Trainspotting. (But then this is possibly old hat to you Poms).

This is from an upcoming series called Rush Hour which is based around several different characters in their cars. Adam Buxton wrote this sketch but sadly that seems to be the exception.

The Adam & Joe podcast is well worth checking out.
