"Come into my kitchen baby" immediately makes me think of "Come on in my kitchen" by Robert Johnson, a song which has been recorded by a lot of people. But it's a blues number, and not really upbeat and jazzy.

Thanks chrismear. The song you mentioned is great, but this song is definitely cheerful. It may be, "step inside my kitchen." Definitely mentions the words "wintry" and "chopping vegetables". A Google search turns up nothing. I emailed the talk radio program, maybe I will get an answer.

Martha Stewart radio (I know) on Sirius. There's a great cooking program around noon. I try to listen if I am on the road. Anyhow, the song is really great, and I would love to own it. I will definitely repost if I find the song. Unfortunately Martha doesn't list music like NPR does.

I'm not going to ever judge anyone's radio tastes. I listen to Coast to Coast a.m. at night when I can't sleep. UFOs and ghost stories!
