Heh. I've had something similar. It's usually called Irish Breakfast (no not the liquid kind): eggs any style, black pudding, white pudding, irish bacon, irish sausage & potatos. I'm also a fan of Heinz baked beans on toast topped with grated cheddar.

Last night, I had a very Irish dinner: Mashed potatoes and whiskey. You know, for my sore gums.

Anyone else have the urge to sing that to the tune of heads-shoulders-knees-and-toes?

I was thinking eggs-bacon-chips-and-beans (chips and beans), but the net effect is similar.

I just cooked Omelette du Jour ala UWS. 4 egg (4 white, 3 yolked), broad beans and sweetcorn, passata, cheese, fresh pestled tarragon and cardomon, plenty of black pepper, and a touch of tabasco. Oh boy.
