I was in the newsagent the other day, and staff member 1 walked up to staff member 2 and said 'Mrs Irwin phoned - she wants to cancel that subscription to BBC Wildlife Magazine'. Staff member 2 looked confused, while SM1 ran off. A few seconds later, SM2 ran after him...
