Okay, for the next meetup? I have this really clever plan for how to get plenty of table space and chairs and free drinks. All we need is a video camera and a laminating machine....

In my experience, the easiest way to get free drinks is to ask for them.

I'll be the guy who tries too hard to make everyone like him and who everyone thinks is a total dork.

Now, here's an idea for an actual reality TV show - one where people go to restaurants etc pretending to be part of a reality TV show while actually filming a reality TV show. The people conniving to get in-camera would be the actual subject of the show. Too meta, perhaps?
