dogs + soccer fan = animal cruelty collection of ads with the same idea
No comment on the ads because they're disgusting.

However, what I'm more interested in is the site it's on. How long have you been affiliated with them? It's a great website.

Thank you TrishaLynn! Glad ya like it. And the answer is: ten years. I built it. I'm an ad geek. What can I say.

These make me mad. I never had a pet when I was a kid; when I was about four and my parents did get a puppy for my brother and me, he wriggled through a fence into a yard down the street, where this asshole old man kicked him to death. Years later, the old man died alone, of cancer, and it was a long time before I could pity him for his wasting death and cruel life.

Now I wish I knew what made him so mean, and I'm ashamed for the way he represented humans to my puppy, and I know firsthand how painful wishing someone was dead can be when they actually die. I guess everyone grows up in different ways. I'm sure he could have taught me those lessons without killing my dog.

I always wished my parents had gone out and got us another puppy, but I guess they were too upset.

Oh my god that is really sad. :( What a mean old man how could he? Poor puppy. poor 4 year old Hugh Janus.

I honestly don't see the funny in these ads - but apparantly these are so knee-slappingly heelarios to the "target market" it's worth repeating the same joke four times. This kind of "humor" is lost on me. A lot of stuff is lost on me, like Britney Spears, cruel jokes, the Alias TV show, and the current fascination with poker.

This dog-lover thought they were funny. The joke comes from the audience being shocked. If there weren't a sympathetic reaction the ads have no point.
