Awesome, Congratulations!

Just today I saw my pool cue, or actually just its case, all dusty and neglected since my single days. Hardly much of a feat, but one time I held a table for six or eight straight games of doubles at a little bar in San Clemente, and was feeling a beer-fueled hyper ego-boost as my pals congratulated me. A couple days later I'm back at the same bar (imagine that!) and this drunk girl I had partnered with for some of the games comes up to me and slurs, "You really blew it. I was attra-aa-acted to you and you didn't even notice me!" After she said her piece, she slumped back to her stool and I sat, engaged in guessing, "Which one of us is the bigger fool?" Never figured it out.

Ha! I actually DO have a t-shirt that says "VINCE". It was a custom-made birthday present the year I started playing. Mine's tighter than Cruise's, though.

Too bad I don't have a Balabushka...
