As far as I know, the health benefits associated with laughter don't extend to forced laughter. It's gotta be the involuntary kind, which is why I spend so much time reading MetaChat. This site has added years to my life, years that will largely be spent browsing MetaChat (and trying to avoid reading the threads where my grandkids post naked pics or talk about their various sexcapades).
