Those are some folks I kinda-sorta know from an email list I'm on. They went to see Pirates 2 at the El Capitan at like 2 am or something.

But, heh, they're costume nerds and models and stuff. Some of them apparently do the whole retro victorian ball thing as well.

I've always wanted to get into that. Not enough costume nerds in Buffalo. The best we've got is summer ren fest.

For those peeps in Vancouver (or willing to make the trip), it's the 3rd annual Lowbrow on the High Seas! The Pirate Arrrt Show! At the fantabulous Marine Club!
Me and the loverly Elizard'll probably be there opening night, as one of E's good friends is putting it on. She's the hawt one one the left of the pic - dark hair, wicked tatts. Any bunnies up for it? (more arrrt pix here)

Oh, and as a side note, one of the contributors, Drea Baeza, is the same person that did both mine and Elizard's tattoos.

I believe in maintaining the strict 2:1 Wench-to-Pirate ratio.
