miko, I'm from South Jersey (Marlton). How about you? I'm moving back to where only the strong survive in May - probably to Princeton, although I'll be working in New Brunswick.
Small world, Miko! Was it Matollionequay? My best friend worked there for a summer or two in the early 90s. We (other friends and I) used to go visit her, and go out for pizza or to Coneheads. I still remember the beautiful boy I had a crush on at that camp, sigh.
I went to Medport occasionally, but spent the majority of my teens camped out at Olga's. That was the Marlton hangout.

I just remembered something else about Medford. We all used to drive around with no shoes on in the summer, but not in Medford. Rumor was, the cops there would pull you over and check your feet.
Ahh, that Stephen Colbert! I can make this exact face. I practiced raising one eyebrow for hours when I was a kid so I could look like Mr Spock. I bet he did too.
