People using Bittorrent to download episodes that have not yet aired in the USA (they are ahead in Canada, they start showing the episodes later but there is no break like the Sci-Fi channel has) have been losing accounts due to DMCA letters being sent to their ISPs. So if you want some HAWT EARLY Atlantis action, you must go the way of Usenet. Part two of the cliffhanger was pretty good, the other two new eps are so-so.

Hey, don't go reminding people that usenet has all the pirated material you could ever hope for. They'll take it away from us!

I've seen all of series 1, and I'm looking forward to series two. It's not great, but given the dearth of good sci-fi on terrestrial T.V, it is a highlight.

You know, I probably wouldn't even know how to download large files from usenet.

I've never been able to find anything with usenet. Which is a real bitch considering everyone says thats the best place to go for things of this nature. It's completely foreign to me apparently.

Also, I find it odd that accounts are beening suspended after just one DMCA. Is that standard operating procedure?

Posting to usenet can get you caught, but downloading is safe. I'd say posting to usenet is also far safer than sharing something on bitorrent, mainly because they are not targeting it so much.
