The poster emailed all the participants in the thread maybe a week later to say that he had updated the story and to go check it out. More posts came about at that time. I thought that was really great.
This thread of mine from back in the paleolithic era got off to a rocky start, but was hilarious throughout, thanks mainly to ColdChef, and no thanks to jennak's kvetching.
holy shit. I think I have a brain tumor. I looked over the thread twice and didn't see them. Then after you said something, I looked again and *bam* there they are.
derail -- q was off there. there is a high audit group and it does correspond with affluence (and certain professional affiliations, laywers among them -- in their case because of the risk of comingling of trust and personal funds).
rainbaby, thanks so much for posting that link. Terrific stories, amazingly diverse responses from everyone, and then that wonderful ending... Great stuff.
