TIMECUBE - Speeds up action while freezing other players in a thread for (?) secs

(This is also an easter egg - if you use this cheat during the tenth day of October, the President of HaugheyWorx appears in thread and says "Okay, Codemaster - show us *your* forum..." This freezes player for ONE MINUTE, while giving all other players in the thread FREE AMMO!)
